1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Trisynx, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Trisynx on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for them.
2. Service Description
Trisynx is a software service that accepts supported video URLs or media files and uses transcription, visual analysis, and artificial intelligence to generate structured notes and downloadable PDFs. Features, supported inputs, processing limits, and output formats may change as the product develops.
3. Accounts and Access
Some features require an authenticated account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must provide accurate information when asked and promptly contact us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
4. User-Submitted Content
You may submit YouTube URLs and supported media only when you have the lawful right and necessary permissions to process that content through Trisynx. You remain responsible for the content you submit, including its legality, accuracy, and compliance with the terms of the source platform.
You grant Trisynx the limited permission necessary to retrieve, process, store, and transmit submitted content to operate the requested generation and related service features. This permission ends when the relevant processing and any permitted retention or caching described in the Privacy Policy are no longer required.
5. AI-Generated Output and Accuracy
Generated notes, summaries, timestamps, extracted text, and PDFs are AI-produced assistance. They may contain omissions, hallucinations, transcription errors, visual interpretation errors, or other inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing important information and should not represent generated output as guaranteed accurate, complete, original, or suitable for high-stakes use.
Trisynx does not guarantee that generated output will be unique or free of third-party rights. Your use of output remains subject to applicable law and the rights that may apply to the source content.
6. Intellectual Property
Trisynx and its software, branding, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your submitted content to Trisynx. Subject to these Terms and applicable rights, you may use the generated documents made available in your library.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use Trisynx to:
- Process content unlawfully or without required rights or permissions.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, credits, access controls, or security measures.
- Scrape, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service or its providers.
- Use fraudulent payments, accounts, or automated activity to obtain service access.
- Upload malware, harmful files, or material intended to compromise systems or users.
8. Credits, Payments, and Refunds
Trisynx may offer free usage, paid credit packs, and generation limits. The applicable credit requirement, price, and balance are shown in the product before you start a paid generation or complete a payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and you must comply with Razorpay's terms as applicable.
Processing may fail because of an external provider, input limitation, or service issue. These Terms do not create a subscription, refund, or credit-expiry policy beyond what Trisynx expressly displays in the product or what applicable law requires.
9. Third-Party Services
Trisynx relies on third-party services, including YouTube, transcription and AI providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, and Razorpay. Their availability and policies can affect the service. Trisynx is not responsible for third-party systems, content, or changes outside its reasonable control.
10. Availability and Changes
Trisynx is provided on an availability basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, supported inputs, limits, or access where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, or comply with obligations relating to the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or successful processing.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address suspected abuse, fraud, security risks, violations of these Terms, legal obligations, or harm to the service, users, or providers.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trisynx is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI-generated output. Trisynx is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on generated output, source-platform availability, or third-party provider failures.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Trisynx, its providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version. Continuing to use the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
